Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure our photography services at your desired time and location. A session confirmation will be only sent once the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your session.

Cancellation + Refund Policies:

If you need to reschedule your session and provide notice at least 24 hours in advance, any monies paid will be credited towards your rescheduled session.

If you do not provide notice that you need to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance or if you simply fail to show up to your scheduled session, any monies paid will NOT be returned and you will have to pay the deposit again for any rescheduled session.

If you cancel your session with no intention on rescheduling, any monies paid will NOT be refunded and you will have to pay the deposit again should you choose to schedule a future session with Karla Buchwalter Photography in the future.

At this time, we accept payment via CashApp, Venmo, PAYPAL and Facebook Pay.
